Q. Where can I check the price of products? Where can I order products?

  • Kooshlee Store takes order only from the website www.kooshleestore.com . You can check the full product range and price here.

Q. When will the out of stock items get back in stock? 🪧

  • Kooshlee tries to get you new and unique products every time. We do not typically bring back out of stock items, but may get back similar kind of items based on demand. Once gone, might be gone forever. 🐵

Q. How do I know if my order has been processed?  

  • You will get a confirmation along with tracking code on your contact details provided within 30 minutes of placing your order.

Q. How can I track my order? 🛤️
  • You can track your order once it is packed and a tracking number is available to you at your phone or email.
  • Sometimes the tracking number may show an error, that means that your order is packed but not shipped yet. Please wait for 24 hrs before contacting Kooshlee if it still persists.

Q. The package received is damaged. What can I do? 💔

  • Do not accept the courier if it is damaged. 🚫   
  • You will not be eligible for a refund or replacement once you accept a damaged order. If you refuse to accept a damaged order from shipping company, then you will be eligible for refund/replacement from Kooshlee as we can raise complaint with the company only when package is not accepted.
  • Damaged order means when the packaging is torn in such a way that contents are missing. 

Q. The outside packaging is fine but contents are damaged or wrong. What can I do? 😞

  • Please contact Kooshlee on email kooshleestore.care@gmail.com along with photos of the wrong content. Kooshlee team will check with the warehouse and check photos of the package at the time of shipping. If Kooshlee team is convinced that wrong/defected items were shipped, they will process refund or replacement as soon as possible. The process is transparent and fair. 🌻

Q. I want to know the shipping charges before I order?

  • For Prepaid Orders
    Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 500
    Rs. 60 on orders below Rs. 500

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
    Rs. 60 on order above Rs. 500
    Rs. 100 on orders below Rs. 500

Q. I want to avail Cash on Delivery option for my order. Where can I find it?

  • Cash on Delivery option can be found on the shipping page, which is right after you fill in your personal information.

Q. I can't find Cash in Delivery option for my order? What should I do?

  • If the shipping partner finds your pin-code suspicious, it automatically removes the COD option for the order. So, we would suggest you avail the prepaid option.
  • If you can't purchase through prepaid means, please contact the support team they will help you placing your order manually.
