HOW DO I CHECK MY e- GIFT CARD BALANCE?

If a Digital Gift Card is associated with your customer account, then you can check the balance by using the link provided in the Digital Gift Card email. For customers without accounts, you must contact our customer service at kooshleestore.care@gmail.com

CAN I RETURN A e- GIFT CARD?

Our gift cards are non-refundable. If you'd like to return a purchase made with a gift card, the funds will be credited back to your account. The Digital Gift Card cannot be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen.

WHAT IF I DON'T USE UP MY WHOLE e- GIFT CARD?

The unused portion of your Digital Gift Card automatically remains in your account and can be used for any future purchase via our site.

WHEN WILL MY e- GIFT CARD EXPIRE?

In 12 months from the purchase date!

CAN e- GIFT CARDS BE USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH A DISCOUNT CODE?

Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL GIFT CARD THAT I CAN SEND?

We only offer digital gift cards at this time, but you can print it and it will fit in a standard envelope.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY DIGITAL GIFT CARD?

After the purchase, immediately.
